Grape Variety: 90% Nero d’Avola, 10% Syrah.
Harvest Method: manual.

Area of Origin: in the territories of Erice, Tangi area, district of Regalbesi. Primarily hilly clay soil.
Vinification technique: the grapes are harvested between September and October. They are subjected to the white vinification process for at least 70% of the total. The other 30% of the must remains in contact with the skins for about 20 hours and after being mixed with the whole mass, it ferments at a controlled temperature. It remains in aging for about nine months and is manually bottled without being filtered.

Taste: pink colored wine with intense aromas of flowers and rose petals. In the mouth it is fresh, fruity, sapid and persistent. Adequate oxygenation is recommended before drinking.
