Grape Variety: 90% Nero d’Avola, 10% Syrah.
Harvest Method: manual.

Area of Origin: in the territories of Erice, Tangi area, district of Regalbesi. Primarily hilly clay soil.
Vinification technique: the grapes are harvested between September and October. The must obtained ferments in contact with the grape skins for about 8-10 days, at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. It remains in aging for about nine months and is manually bottled without being filtered.

Taste: Ruby red wine with violet reflections. It has an intense aroma of red fruits and berries of the Mediterranean maquis. In the mouth it is fresh, delicately fruity and with very marked mineral notes. Adequate oxygenation is recommended before drinking.
